Living a balanced and healthy lifestyle is just as important to me as driving digital innovation. As a vegan, straight-edge father of three, I am passionate about sustainability, well-being, and pushing my physical limits.
Running is my way to stay focused and energized—I’m currently training for the upcoming race season, aiming to get fitter, faster and by far most important stay injury-free. I love competing in the 10K Hamburg race series and am preparing for the Bridgerun 2025, an epic race from Denmark to Sweden in June. My personal best for 5K is 17:35 (2023), and I'm always striving to improve.
